I suspect a lot of this has been about his hope that Real Madrid will come in for him at the last minute, but they are apparently going after Sissoko instead, for now.

He's not top-notch (yet) so his price is prohibitive. Only an act of utter desperation will remove him from Juventus, and Real Madrid are Champions of Europe so can afford to pass at this price.

I had talkshite on in the car the other day, and they were going on about it, asking raggies to phone up and say what they thought of all the kids getting shipped out, and it not being the yoonted way, etc, etc, blah blah.
I only got to hear a couple of rags, but they didn't seem to care about their history, just basically spouted their sense of entitlement as in they should be able to buy who they wanted.
Fulkin hypocrites the lot of them.

Juventus manager says Evra and Pogba are due back in training on Monday so no break through yet. The saga goes on a little longer at least. Would love a late bid from Real but I don't think they're up for paying 120 million euros for the player.
