BREAKING NEWS
Here's a bit of news for you as we approach the full-time whistle in Naples. Manchester City striker Carlos Tevez has apologised for his recent conduct following his touchline row with manager Roberto Mancini in September. The 28-year-old returned to the club last week, following a self-imposed, three-month exile in Argentina. "I wish to apologise sincerely and unreservedly to everybody I have let down and to whom my actions have caused offence," Tevez said in a statement. He has also withdrawn his appeal against the club's misconduct charge.

We should tell him to fuck off back to Argentina, just to see his sad face haha! Take away his dignity by having him apologize, then crush whatever is left. No mercy

My mate just came back from Dubai saying that rumours over there are that Maradona’s visit to Manchester is partly to convince Tevez to apologize and conciliate matters between him and Mancini. I thought it’s all bollocks, but it makes sense now.

I'm actually slightly pleased to hear that he has finally apologised.

If Mancini thinks he should play, then so be it.

One of the best players in the world. Would rather have him here than atanother club.

Still wouldn't miss him if he leaves on the summer though.

Carlos said, “I wish to apologise sincerely and unreservedly to everybody I have let down and to whom my actions over the last few months have caused offence. My wish is to concentrate on playing football for Manchester City Football Club.”

From the OS. A result for Mancini. Now play him if we need him and sell him in the summer.

Carlos tried to bluff City off the hand..but we had a Royal Flush all along

Brilliant from the club..considering the ridiculous circumstances..we couldn't have played it any better

to be absolutely honest - if i passed tevez in the street, i would probably be arrested.

but if he scores the goal(s) that win us the liga, i would wank him off with my teeth.

for i am a fickle football fan.

We don't need Tevez. We have Balotelli, Aguero and Dzeko!

I want him in stocks in City Square tomorrow night as part of the pre-match entertainment. Would help my match day experience if I could chuck something hard at him

Glad that he has finally got around to it.I suppose its better late than never. That said i still feel he has no place with us anymore he's well and truly pissed on his own chips in a spectacular fashion.Just really satisfied that City were strong on this and took a stance.Great to see them doing this and not looking like a soft touch.

We could have him fetching the ball when it goes out of play, for a few weeks.

He's done what has been asked & bowed down to Bob. Now it's up to Bob what he does. I imagine he will use him, then use him again to get funds in at the end of the season.
