I'd speculate the following, but I'm as clued up as the next man, it's just my opinion:

1. Not concluded until the summer of 2024, at the earliest.
2. Mixed bag outcome, City challenge through available routes.
3. Drags on until summer of 2025.
4. Some form of deal or fudge worked out to save face or faces. This looks bad on everyone...literally everyone.
5. No stripping of titles, that's daft as it's not match-fixing...leave that to VAR.
6. Very plausible that something seismic occurs with a breakaway of some kind, etc. The current shit show is problematic, be it PL or UEFA.

I'm keeping away from the media as it is nauseating. The state of the media in this country is a fucking disgrace as it is. The tarnishing of our great club is disgusting. Disgusting.

Anyway...irrefutable is not a word you use lightly. Just saying.

Precisely how I see it.

For me - if we accept a deal to make this go away or whatever, then I’m done supporting this club - the club has to fight this for the sake of the fans and not just fight but also fight back at everyone who came for us

We have the best business brains behind us of that there is no doubt. City statement is chillingly simple - put up or shut up but be aware that if you put up, we will come after you and your lackeys.
Stay away from the media they are all too eager to peddle their us led propoganda thinking they are untouchable. How sure of yourselves are you boys ?

I hope we hold all the cards. Let them have their opinions if we have the arguments and proof.

Stand steadfast, stand together.
They are trying to get to the whole club everyone, fans, players, coaching staff, board, owners etc. This is an attack we knew was coming and please no talk of being tired or not supporting the club. That is exactly what they want, and they are not going to win.

If their charges collapse at High Court, we should go to every transfer window and smash it, distort the market making it impossible for the filth to compete. They can fuck off with their sustainability, even playing field mantra. I fucking hate them all. We collaborated in good faith, well that was waste of time. Once we come out of this cyclone, I hope the club stops pandering to these cunts and tear their scummy rule book.

Morning rant over

The thing is the PL cannot lose the longer this shit show goes on. In the meantime the MSM will be trashing the club, it could affect recruitment and players signing new contracts, it could even affect player motivation/ performance. We have been royally fucked by the powers that be.
We could do with the club going on the offensive, otherwise the anti City hysteria will go out of control.

Or stick with a league that’s accusing us of 100+ crimes where at least 9 clubs are lobbying to get us expelled from the league.

The likes of Barca and Real need us, the hateful 8/9 don’t realise they do.

would be good to repeatedly smash the fuck out of them week after week..... just to rub it in... then fuck off at the end of another record breaking season and form a super league

I hate these cunts trying to discredit my team
It will all come out in the wash - I love City's response which is basically "bring it on.. you got nothing"
Guys - keep the faith, don't talk of leaving - could you really???

It’s drawn me closer to City to be fair. But older fans I can see calling it a day. My dads for example has seen City win everything he wants. He’s been through the highest of highs and the lowest of lows. He’s done his job in getting me to support City and taking us to Maine Road. A lot of the older fans will likely call it quits now I’d imagine.

Makes sense why City64 vanished?

The media are absolutely loving this. I'm pretty sure there's no one left with half a brain that still thinks the media is not bent and biased as fuck, but if there was, even they'd see it all now, laid bare in front of everyone for the world to see.

Every single piece from every single rag top shit roll in the land is attacking the accused and laying out the various different scenarios IF City lose.
And not fucking ONE has the basic morals to do a piece on what happens if we win.

Our club needs to ban every single one of these cunts from the club.

There has to be immediate and radical change to our relationship with the media.

Well it looks like the passive approach has been nothing short of disaster in terms of media relationship , the reaction from some journalists is little short of hysterical, I wonder how long they will continue with this shit show?

I remember going on the tour years ago around the stadium, probably just over 10 years ago, and when we were in the press area someone asked the guide why City don’t ban these journalists from the stadium. The guide said that they want them in there because they have stories and pictures on the walls of the press room regarding everything that City are doing that’s positive - whether on the pitch or in the community. They hoped it would change the opinions of some of the journalists.

It didn’t work then and the fact we’ve not banned some of these mutants from walking into our stadium for free and getting hospitality for free is disgusting.

What happens next?
A commission will now be appointed by the chair of the Premier League’s Judicial Panel, with proceedings to be held in private and confidentially, with only their final decision published.

Is this correct?

The PL bring charges, appoint a commission to investigate their charges, zero transparency on proceedings and they only publish their findings.

An example?

A company owner accuses a worker of theft, the company owner appointments a co-owner to investigate, the co-owner does not have to publish any evidence, just announce the verdict and punishment. Punishments can be very severe.

No wonder the PL are bringing charges. We are done like a kipper.

Our only chance is if we can broaden the field, drag them into a public mud slinging contest, where ultimately the PL lose, even if nominally they win.

That will take time. No top player will touch us until it is resolved. MU and Liverpool will be spending $$$$$s under new owners.

Cannot see how we benefit from any of this. This is a lose lose for us. Better go down screaming. Make sure it is a lose lose for the PL and their 8 bastards as well.

If you cast your mind back to the UEFA investigation and how City dealt with that, it was a very similar scenario.
City were fully aware that the EUFA process was corrupt and that they were intent on banning City for 2yrs even before any investigation had begun, any evidence heard or even before any documents had been disclosed or even read. As now & as you state, all proceedings were done in private, though City were well aware that UEFA were deliberately leaking information. "City were being done like a kipper."
City and their lawyers were fully aware that there was no chance of any outcome, other than guilty.
That is, the scenario that City face now.
In the EUFA process, there was a right of appeal to CAS. City are denied that right in this case.

Because City were aware of the corrupt UEFA, they accepted they could not beat UEFA. They immediately and deliberately chose to fight this at CAS, set up their legal team and instructed them to prepare the City case at CAS.City totally ignored the UEFA process.

Because of the almost identical circumstances, I am in no doubt that City will jog along with the FA/Prem process, do what is asked but be already preparing for a high court hearing which I believe will be in the public domain and transparent.

I was told that after the UEFA ban was imposed, but prior to the CAS hearing; that City were approached by UEFA to do a deal with UEFA, similar to the one accepted by City when the very first FFP ruling was imposed some years ago. 'Accept guilt and get a slapped hand.' City refused this offer based on their experience with the previous deal being ignored by UEFA and being brought back to life with what were out of time accusations.

Like UEFA, I don't think the FA/Prem want an open hearing unless they have a solid case. Nor do I think that they want their (possible) dirty linen aired in public.
Unless the FA/Prem back down, this will end up in the High Court with City intent on taking it there.

Thanks John68.
So it is ignore everything until we have our day in court and that could take 2 years.
Problem is the damage that wait causes us in terms of recruitment (on and off the pitch), etc...
Hope we ride this one out, come out relatively unscathed, then go after that hateful 8.
I don't mind waiting, vengeance is a dish best served cold.

After 4 years of trying to brainwash my daughter into supporting City, I pick her up from school yesterday and tell her now more than ever we need to support City because there’s nasty people that are naughty coming for us to try and stop us.

My Dad was born in 1904 and though he died in 1967 when I was only 16yrs. he told me of standing in the boys pen at Hyde Road, which would have been pre WW1.
He saw Billy Meredith et al and his favourite team of the 1930s which won the FA Cup and the League with Peter (the Great) Doherty, and contained a half back line with Matt Busby and Frank Swift in goal. City are deep in my family history.

I'm now bobbing on a bit and City have been an important part of my life and continuing history. My eldest grandson now goes home and away and a much younger one at 7yrs has been training with City's U7s.

As you get older, the City experiences and memories increase in number and I can tell my grandkids of Trautmann, Bell, Lee, Buzzer etc.

I think the link grows stronger, whether you are able to get to games or not.

I think this shit enlivens the City spirit and brings us all, young and old together not just to win football games but as in this case beat the bastards who are trying to destroy us.
I KNOW THAT YOU BELIEVE THAT YOU UNDERSTOOD WHAT YOU THINK I WROTE, BUT I AM NOT SURE YOU REALISE THAT WHAT YOU READ IS NOT WHAT I MEANT
