Much as it pains me because i despise the dippers with every part of my fibre, it was a great second half performance. Not unlike our FA cup win at spuds a decade ago. You cant buy that never say die attitude and i have to very grudgingly say well done

I tend to think of it more like Dortmund and Phips dropped a major bollock, since that's actually what happened.

I'll light a candle anyway. And place a wreath.

Cheers

Almost impossible to avoid this, 3 of 5 news on my newsfeed is about that game. I think in England is worse right now. The media wankfest is going through the roof.

I Want to add just one thing, The celebrations Klopp had at the goals were really disrespectfull towards Bvb. I think The primary scouse rule is not to respect someone who paid your wages.

Apparently Klopp evoked the "Spirit of Istanbul" It really is sickening from our media. In reality Dortmund fucked up.

Media reaction aside, isn't a big thing though to come back from 2-4 to 5-4 and reach the semis? I count our almost game against Hamburg at home as one of our best games since I started following and had we turned the game around, it probably would have been up there with the title winning game against QPR.

Or am I missing something?

If it had been us then the press would be going on about our shocking defence and how we were lucky
If you cannot tell by now the way our wonderful British media work then you never will

Yeah, but the media is one thing though. The sporting achievement is another.

100!

Because I got tired of not being able to quote and simply switched from my broken account to a new one. If you want to get in touch with my old account, I'd be happy to forward a message on your behalf!

When the dippers scored the last goal watch the people in wheelchairs behind the goal.

Praise The Lord for it is a miracle I can walk again.
