It's a bit worrying all these injuries at the start of the season...have we changed the way we train? As in over train or different routines, what ever were doing different it ain't good

Nastasic injured himself on a pitch where the game would have been abandoned in the PL and Kompany has a worrying history of injuries. Not sure there's anything different than last season

Why didnt Pellers go for 2 defenders in the marked?? Guess i never know.

james milner could do a job at centre back i reckon. give the lad a chance in training and maybe a practice match better than garcia...

Rodwell has played centre half has he not??

He seems the most suitable (non-specialist) candidate IMO

Gives him a chance to show the Count his qualities too

I said this about a week ago, but many disagreed. Hes played there (probably with lescott), he is quick, good in the air and can tackle.

I really don't see any problem with giving Boyata a go. I'd not trust him alongside Nastasic but I would alongside Lescott.
