Pep has no idea how to pick the back 4 this season..hes been utter fucking shit at it.
Buying an 80 million CB and playing him LB and playing Akanji who has been dreadful is downright incompetence from pep.

The midfield is non existent. Phillips and Kovacic would be no worse

Alvarez is not a midfielder in any world. Any time he drops into out half hes a liability, he cost us a goal on sunday. He needs to be in the opposition half. Even go 442 and go a bit more direct or something.

This is a shambles. Need a bit of strength in midfield. Kovacic needs to come on at the very least
derby day the scores were level,
then the goat was fed by neville,
silly boy should know for sure,
feed the goat and he will score!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

This is terrible stuff, they’ve got us sussed, front footed, stealing it off our toes. Pep’s had 4 games to solve this problem and we’re still struggling. It’s formation and tactics because you can’t say Villa have better players. We have no left side, Walker is offering nothing, Foden is wasted, Jack has barely touched it. What’s a mess. I fear we’re stuck like this until Kev comes back.

Have we ever seen a slower city team getting the ball from back to front? Even when we break we stop and go backwards!
Oh look where the first yellow has gone!!!

We've got nobody on the pitch who can tackle. Three players around the Villa man with the ball and he still comes away with it.

I know that I do this all the time but the ref is taking the piss. Stones touched him but no need to go down.

I can’t blame him, to be honest. It’s up to the players. They think they completed football and are lacking the hunger to go again.
I understand that, they are human, what I don’t understand is either they are daft or they don’t understand everyone wants them to fail.
