Tevez scores against Spain after a howler from Reina. Argies lead 3-0 in 1st half.

Well, in the end it was almost like watching City play Switzerland ! All this and our lads came through unscathed and fired up to resume playing for City. AJ was on fire and I hope he takes that form into his City performances.

Terry to retire, Cole to lose form, Bridge to re-consider. 7th heaven

It finished 4-1.Messi scored a lovely first goal with a nice dink over Reina.
Looks a bit of a worry Tevez, he was holding his right knee on the bench after being subbed in the second half.He had gone off early in the first half on a stretcher but returned to the field to set up the first 2 goals and capitalise on a Reina error to score the third.Typical Tevez goal fighting for a lost cause running in on the keeper and his effort rewarded when Reina screwed up.
He looked like he was playing through discomfort although he played very well.Hope we dont have to pay for the coach not taking precaution and bringing him off earlier.
I personally doubt he will be fit to play this weekend by the looks of things.I hope i am wrong.

Last time he was injured and hobbled round the pitch was against Wigan and he got a hat trick. Think he's made of sterner stuff than say Robbie

While we're all waiting for the PL season to resume, I was wondering if anyone will be watching any of the Euro qualifier matches, this week?

I will be watching the Belgium vs Bosnia match at 7:45 PM UK time, to see how Kompany, KDB & Denayer challenge Dzeko & the Bosnian team... Should be a fun match.

Here are some more schedules and overviews:

NL vs Iceland for me.
I should be rooting for my adopted country, but O can't help hoping for Iceland winning it. The Dutch should be able to qualify anyway and Iceland really deserve to reach their first major tournament.

Yes, I'd like to watch that match, as well... It's a shame that so many of the matches are starting at the exact same time. Some will be repeated later though. Very surprised to see Van Persie not in the starting line-up. Enjoy the match & it would be great to see both Iceland and the Netherlands qualify.

Assist and great goal by De Bruyne 'That's why he cost a lot of money' said the commentator

Holland had to sub Robben off due to injury and had Martins Indi sent off.

0-0 with the best chance to Iceland.

Yes, this Belgium vs Bosnia match has been great to watch! Dzeko opened the scoring with a beautiful header past Courtois. Anyone who complained about KDB's price or that Pogba would be much better, should be reassured by watching this match! KDB assisted Fellaini's header, with a pinpoint perfect corner from the right. Near the end of the first half, KDB added a wonderful goal from the midfield, that flew past Begovic. In the 55th minute, KDB just nearly scored another goal, but Begovic stopped it, this time. Kompany is also playing very well. I like to watch Belgium & Bosnia, so I wish that both could qualify.

I'm also really looking forward to seeing KDB play this well, for City!
