As good as Rodri is even with one fully fit Leg i don't see Superman himself saving us today.

Our style is shit.

The Manager is the problem.

Has been for 18 months.

A continuation of dull slow insipid football.

HIGH PRESS KILLS US EVETRY TIME.

YET STILL WE CONTINUE WITH THIS STUPID SUICIDAL STYLE.

Marmoush would be getting binned asap. Missed penalty in the cup final. Missed a sitter today at 0-0 - would have been a totally different game if he scores that. Pathetic cunt

Marmoush was our best player before being subbed.

Having Haaland in our team is like playing with 10 men every game . He does fuck all .

All too easy for Tottenham to get the ball off us. Doku stripped of possession this time. Tottenham have been very good. They deserve all 3 points.
We've been shit, not produced anything.

This is on Pep.

Rico Lewis dumped on his arse, now loses possession - another one that's been shit

Everyone to a man was happy with the starting XI and the first 30 mins was really positive. We've conceded against the tightest of tight offsides and an absolute howler of a mistake.

Plenty of room for improvement but let's just remain a bit calm hey, it's the 2nd game of the season.

Good omen for the season.

Worst we have ever played under Pep.

We look an unfit, disjointed badly coached side.

At no point did we remotely look like getting back in to this. And that is very alarming.

I suppose it's better than dominating all match and giving away 4 breakaway goals

He's a decent keeper but our defence has been shit today, completely exposing him. Very few good options for him when this team is so weak when pressed

Everyone was happy with the team beforehand, so what part is Pep's fault?

Marmoush scores that easy chance and we're 1 up. It's a completely different game. That ball he tried to control and it went out of play - my nans better than that (she's been dead about 10 years as well).

Spurs fully deserved it no complaints.

Tbh they should have scored 5,6, against the worst City side of the Pep era.

Pep era is over Guys.

A close call, but Spurs beat us in every department today.

Starts with changing a winning starting 11 from last week - why

Subs didn't change anything, left far too late and changed nothing

No control, no pace, disjointed all round, error strewn

Shite defending, shite midfield no bite or snap

Completely toothless forward line

Pathetic. Good result for Spurs all credit to them we were worse than wank

Really disappointed in Cherki and Reijnders. Still early days for them but Cherki especially should be grabbing these chances when he gets them. Guarantee we won't see him for weeks now. Both looked way out of their comfort zones.

Dias - I'm genuinely lost for words at the club. Giving him a contract extension, the guys head hasn't been in the game for 18 months. He can't defend and constantly gives the ball away.

We hoped Pep would learn from last season - remove the high line and change the shape of our defence. Both last week and this week we can see that hasn’t happened.

If we’re to achieve anything this season, it’s going to be completely reliant on Rodri staying fit and demonstrating why he’s the best player in the world again. His reading of the game and calmness on the ball can help mitigate the defensive issues we have.

The only positive from today was that Rodri showed glimpses of why we’ve missed him.

Apart from that it was awful. Completely outplayed. Every single player had a stinker.

Lets blame everyone cept that cunt that picked the team and changed things from a team that started at Wolves . Marmoush missed a chance but he was lively and a threat and was involved in the game. Cherki was started and poor . The only thing that Pep could not control was Ait Nouri getting injured.
Teams are going to bully us , we need to stand up to that and fight fire with fire . The ref allowed Spurs to bully us but we were weak and i'm afraid we fall over far too easily
