I know we will have a match thread later, but, Dunk and Maupay are both suspended and Lamptey is injured for Brighton, so not a full strength team for them.

I want to see Palmer, Bernabi, Delap and Braaf get a run out, but I suspect playing Steffan and Garcia might be the limit of Pep's adventurous side.

Maybe Cavani can give Razza some finishing coaching?

As Fernandez never touched the ball then Cavani was definitely offside.

This off the beeb -:
De Gea given the assist which means Fernandes hasn’t touched it. That means VAR should have been checking if cavani was onside when de gea kicked it. He wasn’t - he was a good few yards offside. Oops.
Mark, Manchester
Andrew Chamberlain: Another poor VAR decision. Makes you wonder what they are watching as Fernandes clearly misses the ball and he was well off when De Gea played the ball!

Had to flick it off after yet another VAR shit show that goes for the Red tsars and waited for the City build-up on BT. Much more soothing.

The assist has been given to Fernandes.
I am not looking at the match but I guess they had to pretend he touched it because the offside was so obvious? Is that correct?

He showed intention to touch the ball so It should have been given offside.
Or the laws are different when the two red shites are playing?

Just had a quick look.
How did we win the PL with do much corruption?
Cavani a mile offside, Fernandes did not touch the ball.
Gary fcuking Neville saying '...he is on the verge of offside..that will be the question'. What a bent fcuking prick Gary is (and him with his call to arms a couple of weeks ago)

It was on most web sites as a degea assist including bbc. Just looked on bbc and they have changed to Bruno. Something smells funny.
Wonder what bookies paid on?

Shocking penalty for Chavski and their leading goalscorer scores another from all his goals this season - from the spot. Thanks VAR.
