We will need a replacement for Serg. It will be hard enough replacing one of them, but both would be near on impossible.

Thats because he has no football brain.

For what it's worth I thought he was good in the second half of the Southampton game. But of course that doesn't mean much when he fails to put the ball in the onion net. That's his job as a striker after all.

I think any half decent striker would score goals in our team, Jesus is an above average striker who misses a few chances when presented to him, has a great game every now and again just to keep him in the frame. Once serg goes Jesus definitely isn't the man to fill his boots.

And shipped him out when the penny dropped!!

We need another striker 3 in that position purely as a poacher

Edin was under appreciated, both him and Alex should have got a better send off than they got.

Hard to find a replacement and with Kun leaving after next season it would be risky to sell now. If we did who's coming in?

Maybe a swap for someone like Jovic, but he's been poor since joining RM. By far worse than Gabi who offers a lot more at this point.

Haaland is the one I'd be most interested in other than the impossible dream Mbappe, but that wouldn't be until next summer at the earliest.

He's a great team player, has a good attitude and works so hard on both ends.

The offsides issue is real in some way, although while he has 19 and tied for 8th worst I heard on one of our podcasts he's not amongst the worst in the PL for per 90 min (he is for us however per 90 min apparently). BTW, Jamie Vardy is #1.

I like the post mate. Jesus fight I love he needs to tighten up his game. If Pep does what he has with Sterling we have a player.

Definitely KDB's fault and any.....must do better to ensure GJ is not offside so much.

Comedy gold.

You know Vardy and Aubemeyang the 2 leading scorers this season are both near the top for most offsides as well.
Doesn't make you a bad player.

The type of players Jesus, Vardy, etc are they’re going to get caught offside some times. Jesus playing on the last man pays off - Southampton last game of the season to get us the 100 points.

I know the media gave the scousers every excuse under the sun, but for me like with Ramos, Jesus played Van Dyk well he might be a level under Sergio in the finishing, but he is still a top player we need to nurture him. Southampton Game the 1 v 1 at Spurs slotted. Earlier pass might help him, but Pep loves the possession. He is Brazil's number 9 after-all.
