SSN say they are interested in Michael Brown (Wigan). Given the new owner/Chairman was the front man for ADUG at the beginning of our latest rollercoaster who do you think they will sign before this window closes, if anyone.
No names but I'm guessing foreign players.
Good for us if Distin moves before Sunday.
Will be difficult for Portsmouth to stay up IMO.

I'm waiting for the owner to start spouting his fantasy shopping list.

anyone that the Prem clubs want rid of is a better bet at this point of the transfer window, I'd gift wrap TBH and Benji quick if I were Hughes

i don't think he can. i've heard alot of talk he actually doesn't have a vast amount of money to pump in.
one thing is for sure the guy isn't even in our league when it comes to financial clout. hell fulham probably have more dosh at there disposal than him.
i still expect pompy to go down.

I don't think it's just down to money, and a club like Portsmouth don't really have the infrastructure to make them successful like great facilities, fan-base, location ect. Just look at QPR, eveyone thought with their cash availability they would walk through the Championship, but they are making a hash of it.
Success to a team like Portsmouth, even with all the cash, would be 6th, and that's really pushing it

If I were them I would be bidding for TBH, Hangeland, Vieira, Bentley and Sturridge on loan - ok it won't knock down walls but it will definately add enough quality to keep them up so they can do a proper squad rebuild over the summer.

If I were them I would be getting in some premierleague journeymen who will get them enough points till Christmas and they can start to build in the window. A lot of Danny Murphy style players who can grind points for them.

Got to be Benjani. I think we'd also pay them if they took TBH off us. Aside from that I'd say a few mysterious loan players from abroad, set-up by slimey agents like McKay to line their own pockets.

They really need a central defender and a striker before the window closes - MH get pimping TBH and Benji!! Sunday is the perfect time to get the word out to them as well. (Maybe even stick the two of them on the bench for the match - dont bring them on unless we're ahead by a cricket score though)

Shit.
That was a busy day for them. Shame it wasn't saturday 3pm kick off as they wouldn'thave had time to get this lads ready. They'll probably all play on sunday.
We should still be able to beat them.
Sometimes we're good and sometimes we're bad but when we're good, at least we're much better than we used to be and when we are bad we're just as bad as we always used to be, so that's got to be good hasn't it?

I think TBH and Benjani are perfect fits for Pompy, would fit in well with their skill level and we'll even deliver them on Sunday saving on the P & P
