I think we forget just how strong a squad we have. Even though we have injuries we will be playing a team on Wednesday that in total cost less than Kevin de Brune.Anyone who thinks the manager deserves understanding if a team of Hart, Sagna, Demichellis, Otamendi, Kolarov, Fernando, Fernandino, Nasri, de Bruyne, Aguero and Sterling, total value £250 million, cant beat a team costing around £50 million is missing the point. We should win comfortably.

Not sure about lobby but if we finish behind the Rags he shouldn't bother collecting his p60.

On another night and without Joe Hart, I would say he is finished. I still think he is lacking what is required.

I don't think Yaya or Silva should have been on the park, but at least Pellers rectified it early enough and didn't leave things too late, like he has in the past.

On another night with Sergio on form we'd have scored six and it would be hailed as genius!
Unbelievable, we have had a great win and still people are sniping at the manager. When Juve beat us they barely troubled us all evening, pinched two goals of their few chances and everybody says it is a masterclass! Last night we created a load of opportunities and dominated away in Germany. That was a good performance.

It was 4 defenders and a keeper. 6 others were given licence to play. Brave yes, improvement no. Juve used nous to do what they do. I agree we should have has it wrapped up. What I am not seeing is a plan, and 65 mins to get control will not cut it. I like Pellers, I just don't happen to think his plans will ever work when teams get after us. It was a great game to watch btw.

This is what some of us were saying before the game and you wonder why Pelle feels we have to rush players back when this has caused re-injury and leads to sometimes disjointed performances from those who just returned.

We looked better and less vulnerable with Fernando and Navas in, although in fairness Navas came on when MGB players' legs were tired.

It was a great win, indeed, and yes some ref decisions were beyond godawful, and their keeper had a good game, but it could have ended up being quite bad for our manager if the result ended with a loss or draw.

This has happened to other clubs before and then the manager survives for a ling time. It's the nature of professional sport and especially for clubs with high expectations.

There we go again. Why is it 'nous' to concede possession, barely pose an attacking threat and hope that somehow you will score a goal out of the blue? They sailed far closer to the wind than we did last night.
We had over twenty efforts on goal and wore our hosts down. In what way is that inferior to what Juve did?

Pics Juve are having to plough on from the glory football of the last 4 yrs, new players, they are perfect example for us to look at and get the job done with minimum fuss, as opposed to the kamikaze approach. Getting through a touch patch, we looked like Spurs had not happened, we started as we finished all over the shop.
