Had really high hopes for this lineup actually, utterly disappointed.

So many has put ratings in already, I just thought Barry was showing signs of improvement. Many seem to think Richards was ok and Toure was crap but look again what happens when Spuds found Defoe and he went one-on-one with Kolo, Micah comes jogging back to take his RB place, no interest in supporting Kolo goalside.

I agree that Richards didn't get beaten by his man but that's because Spuds don't have a left winger basically, they just kept flooding their right flank behind Robbie which somehow seemed to surprise us!

Our CB's lost all aerial one-on- ones with Crouch but we have to expect that and cover the space behind him.

Given-5
Richards-4
Toure-4
Ned-5
Sylvinho-4
NdJ-6
Barry-5
Stevie-4
Tevez-6
Ade-4
Robson-4
RSC-5
Petrov-5

I didn't think he was great last night but he was the closest to scoring all night and that says fucking something and that lovely ball he did in the second half proves he still got it. Some harsh ratings for the guy on here. The fact is he was let down by the rest of the team and to be fair their defence was on form last night. Why the fuck we ever sold Corluka I will ever know we should never of let him go. I don't give a flying fuck if he wanted to go it's come back to bite us on the arse too many times in the last 2 seasons.

Bollocks, he hid all night and played like a coward.

Given- 4 best shotstopper in the prem. but 6 goals in 2 game is just not good enough! he could do anything about the goals last night, but is all round play was shit! every kick he made went straight to a spurs player and didnt catch the ball, he just punshed the ball back in the danger area

Richards- 7 did alright. motm. not great but better then everyone else.
Toure- 3 i think he needs to be dropped. doesnt lead the team. only positiv thing about him is hes runs forward.
Ned- 5 still rusty but amazed me how much better hes played in last 2 games compared to toure and lesscott!!
Sylvinho- 3 looked very old last night. not 100% match fit thow.

NdJ- 6 did ok. like the way he really cares about the team. dont understand why hughes substituted him? barry and ireland were worse! and has he already being suspended for the next game so why take him off?! could have taken barry of for a rest.
Barry-2 i think he is homesick! doesnt look interessed, very slow and that back pass (header) in the firsthalf...OMFG!!!
really had high hopes for him. thought he was the missing piece! :-(
Stevie-4 wenn will the guy start learning how the shot the fucking ball!! i watch all irland goals the otherday. and not one goal was a shot!! he can volley and slot but cant shot!! surely hughes must now this and tell him to practice?!

Tevez- 5 just one of those games for him. everything he tried just went wrong.
Ade-2 luv the guy but was WANK!!! why does he never jump for the ball?
Robson-3 was wank aswell, but I wonder how you lot would work if your boss doesnt believe in your ability? if you go to work every day and you know that the boss rates and loves you I wonder how much better you would work.??

hughes-0 lost for words! I just really want him out!

Think you should try and watch the game again.
He hid what a load of rubbish. He did more than NDJ as did Barry and Stevie.
But NDJ is everybodies latest golden boy on here at the moment. He was pretty useless last night more so than a lot of them.Lots have rated him higher on here than he deserves.

You might have a point but I thought Richards did more defending last night than he had done in over a year.
And it was probably Onuoha's worst performance, albeit with the caveat that he's not match fit
(which makes one wonder about Kompany, who many on here were proclaiming 'a class act' throughout last season)

I've heard talk just now we may look to sign Upson during the January window, and perhaps even Wigan's Figueroa.

Whatever happens, its looking right now that Hughes, and his coaching 'team's' complete fuck-up of our defence could ensure that this season will be his last at our club

The team he put out should of made a good fist of it and probably taken something from the game. The problem comes in the way they were set out in addition to the lack of direction and motivation that was evident.

The changes he made just made it worse for me. I thought we would come out fighting in the second half but we rolled over to have our bellies tickled. Lowest point of the season so far.

Gary Cook was keen to ditch the term 'Typical City' - Take a look Garry, it's a bleedin' roller coaster supporting City. Dontcha just love it!

I wont do any ratings coz on the performance they dont deserve them. But the manager needs to look at himself he picked Toure to be our captain and the guy could not lead a dog and theirin lies our problem we lack a LEADER ON THE PITCH.
