i think you've hit the nail on the head, bur i don't buy it that we are our own worst enemies. kuns goal against Ahax should have stood. how can you beat such Ref stupidity ? it is incredible !

Been getting slated at work over City failing to get through the group stage. Then the conversation went on to who they want to get and all unanimously agreed that they don't want Dortmund or Real. Doh!

My beloved MCFC , what a football club , i am so proud ....... a proud blue Manc !

Booby fucked up as per usual proper champions league stylie first half , we were lucky to be just 1 nil down against the mighty Madrid super club , no lack of of graft from our lads though . Second half ....... what a fuckin transformation , bobby bless him changed tactics and flooded the midfield and for me we battered the mighty Madrid for periods , the belief was suddenly there , Silva the best player on the pitch was running the show , what a site to behold , Joe Hart looks a far better keeper than the hugely hyped Casillas, Yaya was menacing and in control, Sergio was scaring Ramos, Pepe and Arbeloa to death, Vinny was back to his comanding very best ...... another awesome epic night in this era of Manchester City , so close yet so far YES but the reality is there is now only a rizzla paper between City and Real Madrid , that is how far we have come for me. All said and done Dortmund and Madrid can without doubt win the CL along with Barca but what a fantastic learning curve we have had in this years group of death. Yes the away game in Amsterdam was a collective disaster but this does happen with EVERY team from time to time , Bayern fucked up big time in there own back yard in the final versus Chelsea last season for instance , Stretford didnt progress from a piss poor group last term aswell ...... no hype from the media mafia over that debacle was there ????

We only just beat Gillingham 14 years ago in the old div 3 through a miracle ........ last night we went toe to toe with the best in the world !

I just love being a lifelong City fan , ITS FUCKIN AWESOME !
Not really here
