According to german serious newsmagazin Spiegel, Eike Immel is in a german court in Dortmund from today on.
-Bankrupted
-Nose far to deep into the Columbian Drugs
-not paying his alimony
are the main charges.....

Habing cocaine addiction is just about only explanation I can find for his performances for us. In fact, cocaine is just about only reason I can find for swapping TC for him as well.
Sometimes we're good and sometimes we're bad but when we're good, at least we're much better than we used to be and when we are bad we're just as bad as we always used to be, so that's got to be good hasn't it?
