I would agree that Bellers would have been disrespectful had he made those comments some time later when his emotions had settled down.
It isn't really fair to judge any players comments when they have just come off the pitch and are emotionally drained.

You, yourself, are city passionate and I am sure that your comments on match threads bear little resemblance to your thoughts an hour or two later. I know I often scream and swerar at stuff as it's happening on the pitch but have a different take on the same incident later, when I have had a chance to think about it rationally.

Bellamy is a passionate player and it is no suprise that he is gutted at losing.

I hate you being there after we've been beaten. You're too positive and all I wanna do is whinge and batter someone, and you just pull up the positives about it.
Its really annoying.

You wouldn't want to be near me during the game...But it's like having a quality car that breaks down...once it is fixed...you know it'll run like a dream. I get pissed off with all the negativity Mate.
I KNOW THAT YOU BELIEVE THAT YOU UNDERSTOOD WHAT YOU THINK I WROTE, BUT I AM NOT SURE YOU REALISE THAT WHAT YOU READ IS NOT WHAT I MEANT

I watched that youtube video of him and yes it sounds disrespectful but that is just his attitude. That is how he was born and he will not change now. He is a greatr squad member to have in the team. He can get the team into gear and if one of the players get's something wrong he will gladly point it out!!

I have seen that in training a couple of times!

I was unsure of him coming due to his injury record and the fact that every team he played for against us I detested him. Now I see why. He is the preverbial "fart in the space suit" (I mean that in a good way Craig). True crowd favourite already. I do hope MH is right about RSC as well.

Martin Laursen said he was the hardest player to play against in the PL on football focus.

He's not done enough for me yet to be part of the wankfest thats going on about him,if he carries on like he has this season and scores more than 10 goals over the year then yes I will join in.
But at the moment I prefer Petrov in that position and when Robbie gets back and is fully fit I would have him over Craig anyday.

Fucking hell you're hard to please. He's just won player of the month, you expect him to play like he has and win it every month then?

I was one of the those who was less than impressed when I lernt that our interest in him was more than papertalk last season however, he has been brilliant nearly everytime he has pulled on the City shirt aswell as scoring some great goals. When he came in last year he earnt us a lot of points in his first few weeks before he got injured, in the end he was one of the main reasons we were in for 7th place last May considering that when he was signed (along with de Jong, Bridge and Given obviously) we were in about 15th.

This season he has been one of the best players in the division and has been prolific infront of goal and spot on with his all round game. He has well and truly changed my opinion of him as I now look at him as a top pro, where as I used to think he was the complete opposite.

My hat is of to you Craig Bellamy.
