Here is the place to talk about all things city and football!

I know shouldn't give these nobheads time of day but this article struck me as being particularly nasty - wouldn't it be a shame if some nice comments from Blues appeared at the bottom?

This reply should wind them all up nicely.
I used a fake email address obviously.

Wow, suddenly you hate City a hell of a lot. Jealous eh? Would you like Shay Given on loan? really? f*ck off no chance.
Nice to see we have really got up your noses, I really really hope you hate us. I dont even care if you do beat us on weds, because we will still finish above you. Fabregas is off in the summer, Van Persie will never bit fit again, Arseshavings has been found out, Rosicky is another sick note, all your big players are weak and would jump at the chance of a move to City, to earn some real wages.
Your right you do have history, history of being a cheating, diving, bitter bunch of t*ats.
Bring back Bruce Rioch.
Do you want Adebayor back? We don’t even need your best players anymore, we have gone global.
I suggest you all shut up before we consider unsettling your best players buy offering them double their wages. Don’t f*ck with us, we are here to stay.

Stones, glasshouses and all that. People with memories longer than seagull will know that it was David Dein who campaigned for Premier League and less equal share of the money + search for extra commercial revenue. We had nothing to gain from it at the time. That was what made English top tier football interesting for foreign owners in long term. David Dein himself cashed on the Arsenal shares he had more or less cheated from the family owners of the Club (can't remember their name right now). David Dein was also heavily involved with G-14 and their efforts.
Sometimes we're good and sometimes we're bad but when we're good, at least we're much better than we used to be and when we are bad we're just as bad as we always used to be, so that's got to be good hasn't it?

Sorry NQDP, but we had everything to gain. Swales was up the PL right from the strat as he though it would secure extra cash and stop the yo-yoing we were going through. He was driving the PL idea as much as Dein ... both cents tbf

Well that's hardly an excuse! Swales was egoistical greedy twat. I think we'll all agree with that.

lets face arsehole fans are actually worse than rags. Rags are generally thick arrogant cunts whereas arse fans are all of that with added unfounded self-righteousness added for good measure. Utter cunts.

I quite liked the 'Mancunian lottery winners' description, then had to stop reading when he described us as everything that's wrong with English football (though what a Gunner knows about English football is beyond me since they specialise in French)
VIVA EL CITIES
"The adjudicatory chamber of the Ethics Committee ... has banned Mr Joseph S. Blatter ... for eight years and Mr Michel Platini ... for eight years from all football-related activities (administrative, sports or any other) on a national and international level. The bans come into force immediately." - 21/12/2015

Didn't even read the article but I can guess.....
-We are now a shiny play thing for the Sheikh.
-He will get bored of us and we'll be fucked.
-We have a bunch of mercenaries playing for us.
-City fans have turned into arrogant arseholes.
...and of course the coup de grâce, City are ruining football.
Did I miss anything?

They are always going to be upset we are going to overturn their apple cart. The way I look at it
is their success was built on our failure. So they should have fun having the situation reversed.

The glorification of anything Arsenal, but apart for that you're spot on.

Nope. That's exactly it...AND that Arsenal are the polar opposite of that profile, and therefore represent what's "good" about football, while City is cast as the evil empire.
I love the way these fans and pundits sometimes use an ethical or moral compass which has a good v evil slant to it the way some politicos or religious leaders try and manipulate public opinion using non-factual, emotional bullshit to deceive the masses. Parts of the article about how we aren't investing in our Academy or "abroad" are so wide of the mark it's really ridiculous how uninformed this blogtard actually is. Not surprising tho.
cheers
