It's only Darren at Preston but any bad fortune that befalls that family is good news.

Great news. Have a lot of friends from Preston who go week in week out and that odious, wife-beating martinet has pretty much relegated them.

Heard a week ago Fish that Baconface jnr was one more game from the sack and that PnE want to replace him with an ex player and another ex red in Michael Appleton who currently is first team coach at West Brom and lives in Salford. Also heard he would try and take SteveEyre away from our Reserves and youth to help him as they both played at same junior club and similar age and coaching background etc etc..Same source told me Phil Brown for Burnley anytime so that could happen now i suppose coz Laws has gone too but apparently Brown went to Preston on sat so the plot thickens.Could even be Brown at PnE and Allardyce at Burnley??? Be interested to know if Burnley have got PnE or Middlesborough soon and Brown was watchin the opposition on Sat with his Burnley hat on? or if he indeed becomes the new manager of PnE? Either way surely no mug of a chairman is ever ever gonna fall for that twaddle again of employing baconface jnr just coz of who is Dad is?? anyway thats there problem coz we are on course for a treble this year now and im always happy to see any Ferguson unhappy maybe Baconface snr can lend jnr that snotty ancient flu whisky ridden hanky he always puts to his bacon faced hooooter!!!!!

That's not a bad idea - I hope he goes somewhere with better prospects though, personally. (And ends up with a few loan signings from us)

The wife beater has only ever been employed because of his name. Thick chairman thinking he could get anybody on loan to help them. I think they are now realising that the rags dont have any decent fringe players, so there is no point to him.

He could have taken it out on the BBC instead of potentially ruining the future of a football club ... oh

Classy. What do they expect when they're bottom of the league though?

Will any fucker in the media give Bacon the fucking slaughtering he deserves for taking back those players? It's a clear indication that the bloke was, & is, acting in the interests of his family rather than the club which employs him or the players in his care, who surely were sent to Preston to help build their careers? Now coincidentally, that's no longer right for them to be at Preston because HIS SON is no longer the manager there?
IT'S OBVIOUS, BLATANT, CORRUPTION FFS!

His mate Pulis has recalled the players Stoke had there on loan as well. Of course, this is to 'bolster the Stoke squad'.
http://www.stokecityfc.com/page/NewsDet ... 13,00.htmlLooks short-sighted to me. What's the incentive for a club to offer Jnr Ferguson a job in future, if they then find themselves at the whim of his dad?

As it stands, I understand that the Utd players were first team regulars - maybe they were playing ahead of others who should have been playing due to a disproportionate influence from Bacon. This could easily be one of the reasons for the sacking as I don't see the championship as a good place to have a very young team.
That aside, if I look really closely I can see a possible defence for baconface in that his son obviously had crystal clear instructions what daddy wanted him to do to aid the development of the young utd players. With Darren gone, he can't get that guarantee any more so feels they would be better served continuing their development back at United.
Having said that, I'm being too good natured, the old cunt could and should have waited to see who is actually appointed and have that conversation with them. The way it has panned out would suggest to me though that the sacking might have had something to do with these loan players, as after all these years of being a cunt, I still can't see Bacon being such a cunt as to virtually guarantee relegation for a club by withdrawing his support on a whim.
It would truly be the lowest thing he has ever done. Btw, Pulis is just a cunt
