Good to see he is taking a stance towards Marios attitude, he has started to come across a right twat recently.
Mancini firm over Mario
Balotelli told to earn place

Mancini: Warning
Manchester City boss Roberto Mancini has told Mario Balotelli that he will only start for the club again when he deserves it.
Reports continue to suggest that Balotelli is looking to quit City, just five-months after moving in a £20million-plus switch from Inter Milan.
The 20-year-old was dropped to the bench for City's win at Newcastle, and again looks set to be amongst the substitutes for their clash with Aston Villa.
And Mancini has made it clear that Balotelli needs to battle his way back into the side.
"If Mario deserves to play he will play, if he doesn't deserve to play he doesn't play," warned Mancini.
"If Mario doesn't work, he doesn't play. Mario is a special player but you have to put strength and heart into your performances as well."
Dour
Mancini admitted he was at a loss to explain Balotelli's constant dour demeanour.
"I do not know why he does not look happy," he said.
"He is in a fantastic team playing in probably the best league in the world. Manchester is not like Milan but he has to accept it."

Arent those quotes taken from an official MCFC article that's a week or so old? I remember reading them before (but can't be arsed going to look). In other words a lazy filler article by ssn.
VIVA EL CITIES
"The adjudicatory chamber of the Ethics Committee ... has banned Mr Joseph S. Blatter ... for eight years and Mr Michel Platini ... for eight years from all football-related activities (administrative, sports or any other) on a national and international level. The bans come into force immediately." - 21/12/2015

Have you ever been? Its a fucking shithole. I'm not one to stick up for Manchester, but in terms of things you can do, the general atmosphere of the place etc, it is streets ahead of most European Cities, plus in winter it is usually warmer than Milan I believe.
Just because it has a supposed fashion industry it is seen as trendy, when in reality its a grimy industrialised shithole, somewhat like Manchester used to be like a couple of decades ago.

Absolutely spot on. I never been able to catch what people loves of that shittown. Even on the architectural side, unless You don't enter the inner courts of the buildings it's pretty difficult to assess whether You are in a upper or down town neighbour.
Only plus are:
a) plenty of first class pussy, because of the fashion industry:
b) a quite gorgeous cultural life, as happen to be in most rich town.
All in all, wheather included, I frankly miss to understand what a young rich male - not involved into the style/fashion industry - may find in Milan better than in Manc.
btw, in order to amend my ignorance: who was "Le Sulk I"?... :-)

I love Milan, one of my favourite cities in the World. I prefer Milan to Florence and Rome (the more popular cities). But each to their own and all that...

Not to defend Milan (I couldn't care less, as i'm from Rome, and Romans dislike Milan a lot, something I make no exception to) but the town is plenty of glamorous places if you want to go out (pubs, discos, restaurants) and lots of famous people go there, so from that point of view, Milan does have an attractiveness. Now, i'm not saying Manchester doesn't (I've never been, so I couldn't know) but I wouldn't exactly say that Milan is a shithole, even if I'm not its biggest fan either. For me, nothing beats Rome, but hey, I've grown up here ;)

the whole Balotelli homesick story is from a source close to the player - i.e.a waiter in town and Dougie's snippets in his training reports as utilized by the gutter press. We feed these creatures at our peril (and I'm guilty too I know!)

I've been in Milan in winter and it was bloody freezing, so from weather point of view I can't see that Mario has a lot to complain about.
Haven't been to Manchester so can't compare but Milan does have a certain sophistication to it and is full of 'the beautiful people".
