The rule has been in place for 6 years apparently. And this is the first time I've ever heard of it being enforced.

It's as if the PL wanted to give the advantage to Chelsea, though of course that can't be true as the PL are totally impartial.....

But I as read it the VAR didn’t rule out the goal for that.
