The question is will the players turn up for him out of defiance to the club for sacking him, turn up knowing he's gone by means of a celebration ala ding dong the wwitch is dead, or the third scenario they continue to play like they have for him out of contempt toward him

It quotes that he's going on holiday on Sunday. It would be typical of a chancer like Ratcliffe to post all his private things to him in a box, Track suits etc. Send him a bill for it and the things inside, plus a little reminder that the door lock has been changed to his office and here's your P45.

derby day the scores were level,
then the goat was fed by neville,
silly boy should know for sure,
