Howe to be the first manager sacked next season.
He has made a cardinal sin of raising the bar too high. That squad on paper isn’t champions league challenging level, pope burn longstaff joelinton schar while good players arent top notch. U will only get so far out of them. If he had of been 7/8 this season that would have been a good season and then next season push on for champs league.
At this rate, the geordies will now be expecting a challenge next year and when he starts slow/bad he will be gone.
derby day the scores were level,
then the goat was fed by neville,
silly boy should know for sure,
feed the goat and he will score!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

But if he wins a cup, hopefully the League cup by beating the rags, then as the first manager is living memory to win a cup for them he will be considered a god on Tyneside and it will buy him time

Looks like the powers that be don’t want them facing the Rags in the final.
Perfectly good goal ruled out by…. Attwell!

Some really interesting posts. Well done all.

But if they get top 4 they will most likely invest more, right.
Will players see them differently?
