World Cup Fantasy Football League

Roll up, Roll up, get your World Cup Fantasy Football Team [urlnp=https://www.dreamteamfc.com/]here[/urlnp].

This is usually Slim's bag but it looks like he's busy wooing the better half. So, if anybody wants to have a bit of a dabble and pit their wits against the good and bad of MCF.net, then get signed up and join our mini-league. It's free to all who enter with the option to upgrade for £10 and, although it's with the Sun, at least you know that they'll do a decent job for what we need.

Very simple to join. Follow this link:

[urlnp=https://www.dreamteamfc.com/]The Sun Dream Team[/urlnp]

Enter your details and away you go.

Once your team is completed, which you can keep changing up until the first game, go to Mini Leagues and join:

Pin: 8156999

Password: 11052014

The winner will receive absolutely naff all apart from the glory of beating the rest.

Hope to see you there and good luck. You'll need it ;-)

Anybody else, only got a few days to get it in.

Oh, there's also a chance to win £40,000 and a few other smaller prizes for the grand sum of naff all. It's completely free.

Just trying to work out how to get Sergio, Vinnie, Yaya, Dave and Lionel into the same team ;-)

As always. Saying that, if somebody wants to stick a Rag in there, they must be truly desperate.

If anyone has Reus, they might want to drop him. Injured ankle, could be much worse than the 8 weeks predicted.

All signed up, didn't read the rules......

I guess we get to replace players as teams get knocked out? I've used my work email so I don't miss the mails prompting changes hoping that is the case.

Nice to be able to have more than three City players for a change :-)

I looked through a few of them and the Sun's game seemed to be the most complete, for me anyway.

I'd suggest that everybody reads the rules to understand how the points work and when you are entitled to make subs.

A quick update.

We've got 11 in the pot which is well enough to have a decent competition. However, it'd be nice to see at least 20 of MCF.net's finest fighting it out for the crown.

I'll keep this thread updated as we go and give regular reminders to those (as per CTID) who sometimes lose track due to not checking their e-mails. This will include how the league is going.

Good luck, you've still got a few days to go to get it on ;-)
